We are looking for an experienced (Physical) Security Project Manager with strong expertise in Corporate Security Transformation and Enterprise Security Risk Management to coordinate and deliver multiple security initiatives within an international corporate environment.
The successful candidate will work on complex, cross-functional projects covering several key physical security areas, including:

CCTV
- Insider Threat
- Counter-Intelligence
- Information Protection
- Security Governance
- Security Compliance

Enterprise Security Risk Management
The role focuses primarily on project management, stakeholder coordination, governance and delivery oversight rather than deep technical expertise in each security discipline.
Key Responsibilities :
You will be responsible for:

Coordinating several strategic security projects simultaneously.

Managing project scope, planning, budget, risks, issues and reporting.

Coordinating a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management, security teams, IT, HR, Legal, Facilities and external partners.

Ensuring strong project governance and preparing executive reporting and presentations.

Identifying risks, dependencies and potential blockers and implementing mitigation plans.

Supporting corporate security transformation initiatives.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of security governance, resilience and risk management programmes.

Ensuring alignment between operational security requirements and business objectives.
Profil recherché
You have around 10 years experience in (physical) security, including 5 years experience in project management, preferably within international environments.
You have demonstrable experience delivering projects related to:

Corporate Security

Security Governance

Security Risk Management

Resilience

Information Protection

Security Transformation Programmes
In-depth technical expertise in all security domains mentionned above is not required. The role primarily focuses on project coordination, stakeholder management, governance and delivery oversight. You are comfortable operating in complex international organisations and interacting with senior stakeholders.
Fluent English is mandatory, both written and spoken.

Working Environment :
The role is based in an international, fast-paced and demanding corporate environment, with regular exposure to senior management and multiple business functions.
The working language is English.
Full-time on-site presence is required.
Mission Duration :
Initial mission of one year, with the possibility of renewal depending on business needs and performance.
