Description du poste
We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Project Manager with strong expertise in Corporate Security Transformation and Enterprise Security Risk Management to lead and coordinate several strategic security projects within a demanding international environment.
The successful candidate will work on complex, cross-functional projects covering several key security areas, including:
- Access Control
- Physical Security
- Insider Threat
- Counter-Intelligence
- Information Protection
- Security Governance
- Security Compliance
- Enterprise Security Risk Management
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and coordinating several strategic security projects simultaneously;
- Managing project scope, planning, budget, risks, issues and reporting;
- Coordinating a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management, security teams, IT, HR, Legal, Facilities and external partners;
- Ensuring strong project governance and preparing executive reporting and presentations;
- Identifying risks, dependencies and potential blockers and implementing mitigation plans;
- Supporting corporate security transformation initiatives;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of security governance, resilience and risk management programmes;
- Ensuring alignment between operational security requirements and business objectives
Profil recherché
You have at least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally 10 years or more in senior project delivery roles within international environments.
You have demonstrable experience delivering projects related to:
- Corporate Security;
- Physical Security;
- Security Governance;
- Security Risk Management;
- Resilience;
- Information Protection;
- Security Transformation Programmes.
You are comfortable operating in complex international organisations and interacting with senior stakeholders.
Fluent English is mandatory, both written and spoken, as English is the working language of the position.

Working Environment
The role is based in an international, fast-paced and demanding corporate environment, with regular exposure to senior management and multiple business functions.
The working language is English.
Full-time on-site presence is required.
Mission Duration
Initial mission of one year, with the possibility of renewal depending on business needs and performance.
