We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager Security with strong expertise in  Corporate Security Transformation  to lead and coordinate several strategic security projects within a demanding international environment.

The successful candidate will work on complex, cross-functional projects covering several key security areas, including access control, physical security, insider threat, counter-intelligence, information protection, security governance and compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and coordinating several security projects in parallel;
  • Managing project scope, planning, budget, risks, issues and reporting;
  • Coordinating a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, security teams, IT, HR, legal, facilities and external partners;
  • Ensuring strong project governance and preparing progress reports and presentations for management;
  • Identifying risks, dependencies and potential blockers, and implementing appropriate mitigation plans;
  • Supporting security transformation initiatives and contributing to the continuous improvement of corporate security programmes;
  • Ensuring alignment between operational security needs and business objectives.

Profil recherché

You have at least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally 10 years or more in senior project delivery roles, with proven experience in international corporate environments.

You have successfully managed complex projects related to corporate security, physical security, risk management, resilience or security governance.

You are highly structured, able to manage several priorities at the same time, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.

Fluent English is mandatory, both written and spoken, as the working environment and day-to-day business language are English.

Working Environment

The role is based in an international, fast-paced and demanding corporate environment, with high exposure to senior management and multiple business functions.

The working language is English, which must be used confidently in both written and oral communication.

Full-time on-site presence is required.

Mission Duration

Initial mission of one year, with a possibility of renewal depending on business needs and performance.
